Cancellation Policy

There are always occasions when cancelling your appointment is unavoidable but we do ask you give us 24 hours’ notice, where possible, to avoid the cancellation fee.

If we are able to book you a different time on that day you will avoid our cancellation fee which is the cost of the session.  If you are with an insurance company please be aware of their cancellation policy as it is likely you will be liable for the cost.

We endeavour to help you remember your appointment by sending reminder emails, but if you fail to attend due to forgetting you will be charged the full fee of the session.

Please be aware if you are late for the session your treatment time will be reduced as it is unfair to run into the next patient’s time slot
